Vamosallá Films guarantees the provision of its services in full, except in the following cases:
Lack of necessary authorizations or permissions to carry out the recordings.
Force majeure events, including natural disasters (such as hurricanes, storms, floods, etc.) or social factors (crime, violence, civil unrest, etc.) that prevent the safe execution of the service.
Any physical or moral damage suffered by the Vamosallá Films crew during the recording.
Damage, theft, or loss of technical equipment (cameras, drones, lenses, microphones, or any other work tools) during the project.
In the event that any of the above circumstances occur and compromise the safety of the team or the integrity of the equipment, Vamosallá Films reserves the right to cancel or suspend the service without refund and without liability to the Client.
